Beta McQuillin, Director of Operations

I am a native of Arizona, originally from Tucson. I started my journey in this field about 11 years ago.  I started by working at DDD and working with providers. About 6 years ago I decided to go work with agencies and have never turned back.  I am really passionate with helping families.  Most of my experience has been working with billing, contracts, marketing and compliance.  I love working with therapists, as I believe they do a fantastic job helping kiddos.  I love hearing the success stories from families and from therapists, and watching the kiddos grow and make progress.  I am blessed to have the opportunity to join the Wheels on the Bus team, I look forward to talking and meeting everyone.

Emily Shelburg, Scheduling Department
