Colette Marotto, Owner/MPT

Colette received her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the College of St Catherine in Minneapolis, MN in 2000. During her early career she specialized in lower extremity and gait, as well as Durable Medical Equipment for children and adults. Working for Easter Seals Arizona, her vast knowledge and bilingual skills helped her to quickly advance to department supervisor and mentor. She has since started Wheels on the Bus, Inc, a home health agency, that caters to the under-served population of Arizona.

Rocio Vega, Payroll Specialist

Rocio has been with Wheels on the Bus for several years, working her way up from an office assistant to Payroll Supervisor.  She also has a background in medical translation.

Emily Shelburg, Billing Manager

Emily is an Arizona native with a passion for helping children. This stems from her large family, and love for her 6 nieces and nephews. Since high school, she has volunteered with children in several areas, including tutoring in math and reading comprehension. She made it part of her mission to help children of all ages in her community. Emily is also an artist, baker, and animal lover with two senior dogs.

Josue Jarquin, Lead Scheduler & Trainer

I am an Arizona native who was raised bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. I have previously worked in various behavioral health capacities mostly working with kids. I have always loved working within the pediatrics sector. I am a firm believer in lifting up the next generation and providing the best support to every child we interact with. Currently, I am working towards becoming a Physician’s Assistant and I’m on my way to completing a Master’s program. I am happy to have joined such a great team here with Wheels on the Bus.
