Administrative Staff

Colette Marotto, Owner/MPT

Colette received her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the College of St Catherine in Minneapolis, MN in 2000. During her early career she specialized in lower extremity and gait, as well as Durable Medical Equipment for children and adults. Working for Easter Seals Arizona, her vast knowledge and bilingual skills helped her to quickly advance to department supervisor and mentor. She has since started Wheels on the Bus, Inc, a home health agency, that caters to the under-served population of Arizona. 



Toni Therrien, Therapy Director

Toni came to us in 2012. She grew up in Arizona and has a background in both banking and small business. Toni's organizational skills and attention to detail have been invaluable to the growth of the company. From HR to scheduling, Toni directs the day-to-day operations that make the Wheels on the Bus go round. Toni is proud to be a part of a company that does so much for the community she calls home.


Anay Dominguez, Scheduling Supervisor

I have lived in Phoenix for the past 24 yrs and have been working for Wheels on the Bus since 2012. I enjoy supporting other providers and the families they serve. I am so grateful to be a part of a company that is so dedicated to our community.

Sarah Dominguez, Scheduling Assistant

I was born and raised in Arizona, and I have personal experience with special needs within my own family. I have been a respite and habilitation provider for over 5 years to children with developmental delay.  I love my community and love being a part of the services that Wheels on the Bus provides.

Rocio Vega, Payroll Specialist

Rocio has been with Wheels on the Bus for several years, working her way up from an office assistant to Payroll Supervisor.  She also has a background in medical translation.

Michelle Brecker, Human Resources

I was born and raised in Arizona. I attended Arizona State University and received by Bachelors degree in Sociology/Communications. My passion is driven by being in an environment I feel I am able to make a difference. My work experiences have been customer service based careers. I found my home at Wheels On The Bus in 2015. Working in HR, I am able to use my people skills and love of helping to make a difference. I am honored to be working for such an amazing company, which positively impacts so many families in the community.
